Delegation in South Korea

As a representative of JENA-GEOS^® managing director Andreas Schaubs accompanied at invitation of Thuringian Ministry of Economy a delegation of 11 companies led by economy minister Machnig from 07^th to 11^th of November 2011 to South Korea. The focus of economic talks was on sectors optoelectronics, medical engineering, renewable energies and environment.

Mr. Schaubs was in a range of cooperation talks with Korean geo-consulting and drilling companies as well as country’s scientific institutions on the subjects of deep geothermics, energy efficiency in civil engineering, contaminated sites of former military use and remediation of waters. The results of the talks have been valued as very constructive by both parties. The cooperation agreements are supposed to be implemented, soon.
